Delete Your HiOla Account

If you still have access to the HiOla app, the fastest way to delete your account is inside the app: Settings → Delete Account. If you no longer have access to the app, use the request form below and our team will process the deletion request tied to your HiOla account.
Before submitting a deletion request, cancel any active subscription in the App Store or Google Play so you do not continue to be billed after your account is removed.
What happens when your account is deleted
- Your HiOla account and associated active app records are removed from our live systems.
- You lose access to conversations, profile data, and account-linked settings that depend on that account.
- Some limited records may be retained for backup integrity, fraud prevention, security, billing, or legal compliance.
Request deletion without reinstalling the app
Complete this form with the phone number tied to your HiOla account. Email is optional, but helpful if you want us to follow up outside the app. Submitting this form opens a prefilled deletion request email to support@hiola.app. You can also email support@hiola.app directly.
